It should be Indian Roti,why because Indian roti is a food item which is eaten by many Indians (some times along with the rice) and is generally made from wheat flour and is a staple diet in most parts of our country.As India is one of the top wheat producing countries in the world,you often see many food items in India are primarily based on ‘gehun ka atta’ (wheat’s flour).Even the types of roti’s also vary largely based on the method of making a roti,ingredients mixed in it and usage of oil etc.

When it comes to healthier food in India roti will come top in the list.
